As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children's first experiences of education, laying the foundations for future success.
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
Create a stimulating, language-rich environment that supports exploration and discovery
Use ongoing assessment to inform teaching and ensure excellent progress for all pupils
Foster strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development
Work closely with the parallel class teacher and wider EYFS team
Contribute to the wider life and community of the schoolWhat We're Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who is:
Qualified with QTS
Passionate about early childhood education and child development
Knowledgeable about the EYFS Framework and early learning pedagogy
Creative, energetic, and able to inspire young learners through play-based learning
Reflective and committed to continuous professional growth
Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleaguesApplications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. A comprehensive induction and mentoring programme is available for ECTs.
