Perfect Recruitment is looking for an experienced, hands:on, and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager for a premium, award:winning seasonal country inn in a beautiful rural location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self:motivated hospitality professional with a big personality to step into a key leadership role and make their mark.
The Role:
- Support the General Manager in all day:to:day operations
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Deputise in the GM's absence and drive business performance
About You:
- Strong background in hospitality management, ideally in a food:led environment
- Self:motivated, hands:on, and ready to lead by example
- Big personality with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about fresh food, quality service, and genuine hospitality
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy, high:volume setting
- Ambitious, forward:thinking, and ready to grow with the business
