Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF
Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm Monday to Friday; flexibility required to work outside these hours and cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role
Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up to date transport documentation
* Compile daily reports and KPIs
* Deal with customer queries and close in SAP system
* Support and cover for holiday and sickness within the Administration Team
* Communicate across the network via email and phone
* Liaise with maintenance providers and maintain service schedule
* Liaise with suppliers and work with the wider team to raise necessary purchase orders
* Complete end of shift tasks including coordinating future day activities and task management
* Raise and manage purchase orders
Experience and Key Attributes
* A first‑class communicator, comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, further experience using SAP and EPOD systems desirable
* Happy to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Able to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively
* Previous experience in logistics desirable but not required
