At Co-op Live, we're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our fast-paced, growing team delivering world-class live entertainment. You'll be at the heart of the action, providing exceptional technical support and first-class customer service to keep our shows running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for all things tech - triaging issues, resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, managing user accounts, and making sure every interaction leaves our users confident and supported.
Responsibilities
This isn't your typical 9–5 IT job.
Our events are the main event - so flexibility is key. You'll work across day and evening shifts, providing crucial event-day support to internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. When thousands of fans are heading through the doors, you'll be behind the scenes making sure the tech performs just as well as the artists on stage.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ambitious, hands-on, and eager to grow. You'll work alongside a passionate team, build your expertise in a unique live events environment, and play a vital role in delivering the biggest live entertainment experience in the UK.
This is an onsite role, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends, because the show doesn't stop, and neither do we.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
We would really like to hear from you, should you have the following experience –
* Worked as part of a service desk
* Network and firewall experience
* Relevant IT Qualification / Experience
* Experience of management Windows server environments
* Strong communication skills

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience + Benefits
