About the Role
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Marketing & Brand Coordinator/Specialist, you will work with the business development team and report into the head of marketing for SPX Communication Technologies. This role requires understanding how to communicate with our B2B and B2C audiences.
Job Responsibilities
* Support marketing for TCI, ECS, and KTS.
* Create, develop, and produce images, videos, and other content assets for online and print use.
* Design trade show stands.
* Format and edit datasheets.
* Design logos and other marketing assets including look and feel.
* Identify and create external PR opportunities such as ads and PR interviews.
* Order marketing assets such as brochures and pull‑up banners.
* Review and update all images and videos on the website.
* Assist the Marketing Manager with:
o Increasing brand awareness and engaging existing and potential customers across all digital channels.
o Developing strategies for end‑to‑end digital journeys.
o Coordinating with the website administrator to keep sites up to date.
o Monitoring market developments and participating in market research projects.
o Designing and implementing a social media strategy.
o Overseeing the creation of related marketing collateral.
o Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting results to recommend future strategies.
* Partner with agencies to:
o Produce creative briefs and project‑manage digital marketing campaigns.
o Provide digital marketing toolkits to internal stakeholders.
o Develop and implement campaigns to promote events, product launches, and key business developments.
Qualifications
Required Experience
* At least 3 years of marketing experience.
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar.
* Creative and passionate about marketing.
* Strong written English skills.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in a similar B2B business in the tech or manufacturing sector (not essential).
* Graphic design, photo, and video editing experience.
* Interest in the technology and manufacturing industry.
Education & Certifications
* A degree or professional qualification in a digital marketing/marketing related subject.
Travel & Working Environment
* Hybrid work environment.
* Travel to exhibitions as required.
