Job Description
* Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to onboarding documentation.
* Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment legislation and internal policies.
* Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, applications, and advertising support.
* Manage job advertising across multiple platforms, ensuring branding and messaging are consistent.
* Pre-screen candidates, manage application portfolios, and support hiring managers with shortlisting and interviews.
* Lead recruitment approval meetings, prepare documentation, and track outcomes.
* Maintain and manage recruitment systems, databases, and supplier relationships (e.g., agencies).
* Act as a DBS counter signatory, ensuring background checks are processed swiftly and accurately.
* Provide regular updates, reports, and recruitment insights to HR leadership.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition role.
* Strong understanding of recruitment practices or working in regulated sectors.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote HR team.
* Strong IT skills and experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools.
* Understanding of UK employment legislation relating to recruitment and onboarding.
