Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Role model an environment where we put the customer first and use all available information to make decisions through the eyes of the customer
2. Communicate and engage effectively with customers, role-modelling a great customer experience
3. Enhance and promote brand loyalty within your Region
4. Manage people well everyday by following the core processes in all aspects of the colleague lifecycle
5. Engage the team to perform every day encouraging a strong colleague voice
6. Communicate and lead the business priorities within your Region ensuring effective plans are in place to achieve improved performance
7. Spot under performance quickly and manage it well by having effective performance conversations and using appropriate tools to support
8. Identify talent and use tools and talent programmes to support personal growth
9. Lead the Regional Talent Development Review (TDR) to create robust people and succession plans
10. Understand market trends, the competition and your impact on sales, costs and profit
11. Utilise all available tools and systems to maximise sales and profit, minimising variability in your Region
12. Have a full understanding of the processes relevant to your role and the business
13. Lead a culture where all take personal responsibility for operating in a safe and legally compliant way
14. Lead a culture where all adhere to policies & procedures relevant to their role
15. You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require
