Following our exciting business growth, we have more opportunities for Paralegals to join our successful Pre-Litigation team in Northwich.
Responsibilities
* Managing credit hire cases to support claimants who have been involved in a road traffic accident, to claim compensation for uninsured losses (credit hire charges, excess, out-of-pocket expenses).
* Communicating with clients, insurers, defendant insurers, solicitors, and witnesses.
* Analyzing whether there are prospects of success to a claim.
* Drafting pleadings and legal documents if necessary and reviewing offers of settlement.
* Managing a varied caseload in a timely manner.
About You
* You have previous experience working in a paralegal role; this is desirable but not essential.
* You have excellent client care and analytical skills and can give clear written and oral advice in a concise manner.
* You have excellent time management and organizational skills, with a calm and methodical approach and a flexible attitude to resolving issues.
* You can work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
* You have great attention to detail and accuracy.

* Salary up to £27,785.99 per annum based on experience, with monthly bonuses up to £300.
