Role: Clinical Lead Complexed Trauma Services (CTS)
Salary/Benefits: up to £70,000 depending on the level of experience
Hours: Full Time
Location: Based across Tamworth/Shrewsbury
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for our Complex Trauma Service. The role includes providing clinical leadership and collaborating with operational colleagues to support trauma-informed care. Responsibilities encompass delivering direct and indirect support to children and young people, conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence-based interventions, and designing bespoke training for staff. You will also support teams through clinical meetings, consultations, and reflective practices, while leading, managing, and supervising clinical team members.

Job responsibilities
As a Clinical Lead, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership for the Complex Trauma Service
* Support trauma-informed care delivery
* Deliver assessments, interventions, and training
* Lead, manage, and supervise clinical staff

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
* Working with children and young people with diverse clinical needs
* Delivering trauma-informed therapeutic interventions
* Conducting assessments and managing clinical reports
* Supporting staff through training and supervision
* Partnering in care planning and outcome measurement
Applicants must be registered with relevant bodies (e.g., HCPC, BACP), capable of conducting clinical assessments, and experienced in supervising staff. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential.
