Cable/Pipework Tray Installer - Reading

About the Role
Were looking for a team of skilled and reliable Cable Tray Installers to join a project in Reading. Youll be responsible for the installation, assembly, and support of cable and pipe tray systems on a large commercial projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical or mechanical installation who takes pride in quality workmanship and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and secure cable tray systems (ladder, basket, and trunking types)
* Read and interpret drawings and layout plans
* Measure, cut, and assemble tray sections to specification
* Coordinate with electricians and other trades on-site
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
About You
* Proven experience in cable tray installation or similar electrical or mechanical construction work
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong understanding of safe work practices
* Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Electrical or mechanical trade qualification with CSCS card
* IPAF trained
* Drivers licence beneficial
