CaterCombi are the leading provider of refurbished combi ovens within the UK and are looking to expand our Canterbury office team. This is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary DOE.

ROLE DEFINITION

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

As our Office Assistant you will support the day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as ensuring smooth co-ordination across our Sales and Service desks. You'll support the sales process, help to manage communications with customers and assist with keeping the website and databases up to date. This is a very varied position, so willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and provide annual leave cover where appropriate is essential.

SKILLS

Product and systems specific training will be provided but the following skills are essential for any successful applicant:

· A minimum of two years in an administrative role

· A high level of computer literacy

· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite with the ability to use this confidently

· Experience with a CRM or project management tool (advantageous but not essential as training will be provided)

· Data Entry

· Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills

· The ability to multitask

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English

· A willing attitude to complete any tasks required to help the team
