What You'll Do
* Lead on inheritance tax and lifetime trust advice
* Complement existing services in wills, probate & powers of attorney
* Build lasting relationships with clients, IFAs & professional contacts
* Take the lead in business development through networking, writing, and events
* Guide and mentor junior colleagues as the team grows
Requirements
* Private Client Solicitor likely at Senior Associate, Partner of Head of Department level with significant PQE in Private Client law, with expertise in trusts and inheritance tax
* Broader experience across wills and complex probates
* Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills
* Proven business development ability, ideally with a network of IFAs/professional contacts
* Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
