Senior Sous Chef | Albert’s Standish
Attention all culinary superstars! Standish’s favorite bustling neighbourhood restaurant and bar, Albert’s, is hunting for a skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our fantastic kitchen team.
Working under our Head Chef, you must be a real food fanatic with a passion for creating mouth-watering dishes using the freshest ingredients. Our kitchen always buzzes with activity, so bring your A-game and ensure every dish hitting the pass is nothing short of perfection.
----------------------------------- The Package
* Salary: £35,000 base salary.
* Earnings: Up to £42,000 per annum (including Tronc).

Our ideal candidate is dedicated to quality, with a love for food that shines through in every plate they create. You should have:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
* The ability to handle the heat of a busy kitchen with ease.
* A leadership style that inspires the brigade and maintains high standards.
* A sharp eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude.
* Someone with expereience managing a team in a fast paced enviroment.
* Admin skills are important, would like someone who has expereince regarding ordering / health & safety etc.
