Digital Marketing Manager
who understands the care sector and can connect with both families and residents through digital channels.
You'll be joining a supportive, purpose-driven team where your voice matters, and you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact during a period of rapid growth.
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you'll:
* Lead the migration of our email platform to
MailChimp
, building engaging and compliant campaigns.
* Oversee our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring content reflects the warmth and quality of our homes.
* Support the launch of our brand-new website, managing content and ensuring SEO best practices.
* Use analytics tools to measure performance and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and occupancy.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience in digital marketing (email, social, website, SEO), within the care sector.
* Understand the importance of sensitivity, empathy, and accuracy when communicating in the care environment.
* Are confident using tools like
MailChimp
, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
* Enjoy both the creative and analytical side of marketing.
* Are highly organised and proactive, able to balance multiple projects with attention to detail.
