To lead compliance governance and project delivery within Surrey Sports Park, ensuring adherence to statutory, university, and departmental requirements. The role safeguards operational integrity through proactive risk management, robust auditing, and effective project execution aligned with strategic objectives.
This position is critical to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well‑governed environment while delivering strategic projects that enhance the Sports Park’s operational resilience and long‑term sustainability.
About You
You are a detail‑oriented operational professional with strong compliance expertise and project management skills. You can:
* Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and statutory compliance through audits, risk assessments, and accurate reporting.
* Manage end‑to‑end projects—planning, budgeting, risk, and quality—aligned with strategic goals like sustainability and maintenance.
* Collaborate across teams to embed compliance into daily operations and optimize service delivery.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and apply independent judgment to solve complex challenges.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulations, risk management, and proven experience in project delivery.
