Talent & Brand Coordinator Billericay, Essex (Office-based - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:30pm) Team: Internal Recruitment The Role We're looking for a Talent & Brand Coordinator to join our Internal Recruitment team at Darwin Recruitment. You'll work closely with our internal recruiter, Dan, helping showcase what it's really like to work at Darwin. From promoting our culture and office life to sparking interest from people who might want to join us, you'll play a big part in how we attract new talent. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy social media, like speaking to people, and want to build your own personal brand while learning how internal recruitment works. What You'll Be Doing Represent Darwin's voice across social media platforms Create and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and more Promote live roles, company culture, and day-to-day office life Carry out written outreach and engage with people on LinkedIn Respond to inbound interest and pass suitable leads to the internal recruiter Track engagement and support ongoing hiring campaigns Work with managers across the business to understand their teams and hiring needs What We're Looking For Early in your career with an interest in people, brand, or recruitment Confident communicator with strong written skills Comfortable being visible on social media Organised, proactive, and happy supporting a senior recruiter Curious, creative, and keen to learn ✔ No recruitment experience required - full training provided. Nice to Have (But Not Essential) Experience creating content or managing social media accounts Comfortable appearing in short-form video content Interest in recruitment, employer branding, or content creation Why Join Darwin?
