As HR Advisor, youll provide hands-on HR support across the business, guiding Line Managers on everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance management, and talent development. Youll also play a key role in shaping the organisations HR strategies, embedding culture and values across all teams.
What youll be doing:
* Employee Relations casework - conduct, capability, grievances, probationary reviews and performance management
* Advice and guidance on absence management - long and short-term sickness, flexible working and sabbaticals
* Developing the Wellbeing programme across the business to ensure it remains high on our agenda
* The potential to create, develop and maintain HR practices & policies, to support our People strategy may also be required
