As the HR Consultant, you will be the driving force for their client base, in this client lead consultancy role, focused on UK Immigration and Compliance. Duties:
1. Advise clients on UK visas, immigration rules, and sponsorship requirements
2. Support and manage compliance, including audits and reporting
3. Stay up to date with immigration law changes and guide clients accordingly
4. Advise on employment contracts and policies affected by immigration status
5. Act as a trusted advisor to law firms, partners, and their clients
6. Provide clear, practical advice to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
7. Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role within the legal sector is required
8. Hands on experience with UK immigration policy and compliance
9. A problem-solver with a strategic mindset. Methodical and solution focussed
10. Ability to build and maintain working relationships
