Buyer – Residential Developer Location: Hampshire / Dorset Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 Package Type: Full-time, Permanent We’re partnering with a dynamic, design-led residential developer known for delivering high-quality, characterful homes across the South Coast. With an exciting pipeline of projects and continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Buyer to strengthen their commercial team. This is a business with energy, ambition, and a genuine passion for building homes the right way. The Role A fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and driven Buyer to take ownership of procurement across multiple live and upcoming developments. You’ll work closely with Commercial and Site teams to ensure materials, plant, and subcontract packages are procured efficiently, competitively, and in line with programme — without compromising on quality.
