ABOUT THE ROLE SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE - RETENTION MARKETING £33,000 per annum Hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Retention Marketing (CRM) team as Senior CRM Executive - Retention Marketing. This role will plan, implement and optimise data-driven, automated CRM initiatives, including service emails and SMS campaigns. This role will be responsible for the maintenance of the Adobe Campaign platform and will be required to demonstrate technical skills when managing complex workflows, segmentation, and data imports to facilitate automation, personalisation, and efficient campaign execution. The successful candidate will have significant experience in integrated CRM disciplines or retention marketing. Experience in dealing with importing and exporting data and working with data models within campaign management tools / software is also required. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm. Please note, this role will be hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Significant experience in integrated CRM disciplines or retention marketing (including direct marketing, complex customer segmentation, personalisation, retention/engagement marketing) Knowledge of campaign management tools/ software Experience in dealing with importing and exporting data and working with data models within campaign management tools / software Knowledge of GDPR policies and experience of working on GDPR compliant campaigns Process driven, with excellent attention to detail Excellent organisation, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills at all levels A good level of technical understanding to be able to give clear direction to development teams regarding requirements Desirable requirements: Experience of running campaigns and workflows in Adobe Campaign Experience in implementing and enhancing App notifications from campaign management software Knowledge of current Data Protection and ASA legislation and management of Data Protection processes Experience working with data architects and understanding data models and data flow diagrams Degree level education or equivalent in marketing and/or an analytical related subject Experience in the travel, tourism, leisure or hospitality industries, marketing strategies and direct marketing processes ABOUT THE BENEFITS Center Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
