Job TitleAftersales Supply Planning Specialist - 24 month FTCLocationWokingAs an Aftersales Supply Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, timely, and customer focused supply of Aftersales parts to the global retailer network. The role plays a critical part in minimising vehicle downtime, protecting the customer experience, and supporting overall Aftersales performance.* Prepare Aftersales supply reports and key performance indicators. Investigate deviations from agreed standards and translate data into clear insights and actions.* Highlight risks, trends, and recurring issues to support decision making and prioritisation.* Recommend process or planning improvements to strengthen supply stability and customer outcomes.**Knowledge, Skills and Experience:**• Experience or strong understanding of the automotive Aftersales supply chain.• Awareness of the specific challenges associated with managing Aftersales parts availability and customer demand volatility.• Experience in supplier performance management is desirable.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain supply issues and recovery plans.• Proven ability to work cross functionally with regional and customer facing teams.• Proactive mindset with a structured and solution focused approach to problem solving.• Strong analytical and numerate skills with attention to detail.• High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft applications.
