Key Responsibilities of the Art Teacher: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art lessons across Key Stages. Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and creative thinking. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive, inclusive, and visually stimulating learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the art curriculum and promote cross-curricular projects. Requirements for the Art Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching Art at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
