The capabilities of our client's Residential Conveyancing team is very broad with strong cross-office collaboration. Upon joining the team - the opportunity will present itself for exposure to be secured across Freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, Shared ownership, Auction sales & purchases, Mortgages and equity release, The granting of new leases, Transfers of equity, Landlord & tenant matters, Lease extensions, Right to Buy, Help to Buy and Boundary disputes. Possess prior residential conveyancing experience
Accomplished administration skills
Ability to prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title
Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law
