Revenue Manager

Salary: £35,000 per annum
The Revenue Manager is responsible for compiling and analysing data to make informed decisions regarding rooms and package pricing, and executing these decisions. This includes gathering data on the business and competitors, and providing the wider business and Hotel GMs with the information needed for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
A key element of this role is communication; all areas of our business need to be fully aware of available data and the strategy moving forward.
This role typically covers two Hotels – Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall, with the base location at Eastwell Manor.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating and executing revenue-generating group projects with other Champneys teams.
* Producing reports to demonstrate revenue maximisation.
* Reviewing information on internal systems regularly.
* Analyzing booking patterns and market trends consistently and promptly.
* Monitoring competitor performance continuously.
* Updating package and room rates across all systems.
* Managing yield effectively.
* Initiating promotions and building packages to attract business during key periods.
* Forecasting revenue performance.
* Liaising with Reservations Teams, Reception, and General Managers on revenue matters.
* Completing and negotiating LNR and RFP processes.
