Nursery Practitioner – Part Time

We are delighted to be supporting a friendly and nurturing nursery in Standish in their search for a part-time Nursery Practitioner to join their team with an immediate start.
This role is ideal for a passionate early years practitioner who enjoys helping children learn, grow and thrive within a caring, play-led environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds an Early Years qualification (or is currently working towards one)
* Has experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Is enthusiastic, patient and enjoys working with young children
* Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is happy to apply for one
Your role will involve:
* Supporting children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Helping to create a warm, safe and stimulating learning space
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Working closely with colleagues and families to support each child’s needs
* Assisting with day-to-day routines, including play, mealtimes and personal care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
