This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist to join a highly regarded independent private practice in Yarm. The practice has been established for many years under the same ownership and boasts a highly stable team environment, including clinicians who have remained with the practice for more than 25 years.
The practice is private only with a largely denplan patient base, the incoming associate would inherit a stable list of patients primarily denplan care, with good opportunity for further growth due to regular new patient enquiries. Due to one associate reducing their clinical commitments ahead of retirement and the need for an additional clinician to join the team, the practice can accomate clinicians looking for either a full or part-time role, with an immediate start available if desired.
The practice benefits from a loyal and affluent patient base alongside continued demand from new patients, providing excellent opportunities to build a busy and rewarding list. Whilst the role is suitable for a general dentist, any additional clinical skills or special interests will be well supported and utilised within the practice.
The multidisciplinary team includes a hygienist, therapist, orthodontist and oral surgeon, with implants provided in-house by an experienced surgeon. The practice also offers a wide range of cosmetic and restorative treatments including veneers, whitening, implants, bridgework and cosmetic dentures.
The practice is known for its friendly and patient-focused approach, particularly in caring for nervous patients. Associates will be offered a 50% split on private income under a standard BDA contract.
Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
