The Role
We're seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to take full ownership of a defined sales territory. You’ll manage existing accounts, drive new business opportunities, and support strategic sales initiatives across a range of specialist products.
You’ll be the face of the business in your region — nurturing relationships, driving pipeline, and ensuring customers receive top-tier service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
* Proactively identify and win new business across your region
* Plan, prioritise, and deliver activity in line with sales and margin targets
* Support internal sales teams with quoting and client coordination
* Monitor competitor and market activity to inform your sales approach
* Maintain and update CRM records and sales reporting
* Attend key client meetings, trade events, and internal strategy sessions
* Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Customer Service, and the Senior Leadership Team
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B, field-based sales role
* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
* Self-motivated, professional, and commercially astute
* Full UK driving licence required
* Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or building products sector is preferred
* Familiarity with doors/hardware products and modern manufacturing techniques is advantageous
Package & Benefits
💰 Salary: £53,000 per annum
🚗 Car Allowance: £545/month
