Role Overview
An exciting new role has arisen for a dynamic and proactive Specialist Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist within our Community Recovery Service (CRS). This full‑time post will involve county‑wide work within Warwickshire, with base location to be determined with the successful candidate.
The Community Recovery Service offers home‑based intermediate care, providing additional support and rehabilitation to those who need it, facilitating their return home following hospital.
We are seeking a specialist clinician to manage a complex community caseload, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills to support the team – deputising for the Clinical & Operational Lead in professional leadership, operational management, supervision and appraisals of staff.
You will play a core role in service delivery and improvement, requiring a passion for high quality care. Strong communication skills are essential when working with internal and external teams to strive for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard therapy service to patients in the Community Recovery Service.
* Work in conjunction with the Clinical & Operations Lead in planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the service area on a day‑to‑day basis.
* Take a lead role in the provision of support, clinical supervision and highly specialist advice to less experienced staff and undergraduate students within the department.
