Job Description
The role of HR Business Partner will work alongside a HR team, partnering with operational managers and leadership to support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Coventry.Duties will include but not limited to:
3. Provide strategic and proactive HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
5. Advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including complex situations in a Unionised environment
6. Support with large change management projects including TUPE
7. Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
8. Collaborate with management to identify and deliver training and development programmes.
9. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
10. Analyse HR metrics to support decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
11. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
12. Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
13. Confident at dealing with high volume, complex employee relations matters
14. Previously working knowledge of TUPE
15. Ideally experience within unionised settings
