Vehicle Technician – Matlock
1. Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
2. OTE:£35,000
3. Monday - Friday
4. Saturdays on a rota
We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy, growing workshop in Swadlincote. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on a wide range of vehicles, carrying out servicing, repairs, and fast-fit work, while benefiting from excellent training and career progression opportunities.

Role responsibilities:
12. Servicing, mechanical repairs, and fast-fit work including tyres, brakes, suspension, and exhausts
13. Carrying out wheel alignment and interpreting readings for adjustments
14. Following safety procedures and maintaining high-quality standards on every job
15. Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy, dynamic workshop
16. Supporting colleagues and contributing to a smooth-running team
What we’re looking for:
17. NVQ Level 2–3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
18. Experience in fast-fit and mechanical repairs
19. Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
20. Team player with excellent communication skills
21. Full UK Driving Licence
