In this pivotal role, youll take charge of the Conference & Banqueting kitchen, driving quality, consistency, and innovation. From crafting inspiring menus to maintaining high culinary standards, youll bring your expertise and leadership to every plate served.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar banqueting role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Creative menu development capabilities
* Commercial awareness and financial understanding
* Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (5 days from 7)
