Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Sales Consultant to join its thriving Beyond Beauty team in Birmingham. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. As the new Sales Consultant, you will work 21 hours a week starting on a rota basis, including some weekends. The rate of pay for this role is £ per hour.

Responsibilities
* Provide expert beauty advice about our brands to our customers
* Deliver a memorable 5 customer experience
* Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
* Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
* You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
* Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
* Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
