Requirements: Qualified Adults Social Worker: Must hold a recognised Social Work qualification. Statutory Experience: A wealth of experience in statutory Adult Social Care is essential. Care Act Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Care Act and safeguarding practices. Case Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex cases and court-related work.
