Validation Engineer
Excellent new opportunity for a qualified engineer with a background in manufacturing and quality to join a leading manufacturer of bespoke equipment used in the packaging and aerospace industries. Location: TelfordHours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to £34,000
As validation engineer your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Validate equipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality procedures.
* Perform software, measurement, and system functionality verification.
* Analyse Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) results and support continuous improvement activities.
* Develop and maintain validation procedures and documentation.
* Collaborate with internal departments to support quality and validation objectives.
About You
* Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent experience (HNC desirable).
* Knowledge of quality systems, parts inspection, measuring
* Experience using DTI gauges, gauge blocks, and geometric tolerance verification.
* Ability to read engineering, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
Current or recent experience as quality technician, quality inspector, CMM operator, systems engineer, mechanical build technician validation technician
