I’m supporting an established organisation within the marketing sector that is continuing to grow and invest in its client function. They’re known for delivering strategy-led marketing solutions and are now looking to add an experienced Account Manager to support and develop key client relationships.

THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
In this role, you’ll be the key link between clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered with clarity, precision, and measurable impact. You’ll manage day-to-day client comms, translate briefs for internal teams, oversee multi-channel project delivery, and present performance insights. You’ll also play a part in improving internal processes and championing the client voice across the business.
ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• 3+ years’ experience in an account management or client services role within a marketing, digital, or creative environment
• Strong experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting
• Confident communicator with proven relationship-building ability
• Understanding of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, content, paid media, social, web)
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable producing reports, plans, and presentations (Google Drive proficiency)
• Knowledge of analytics tools is a bonus
