Job role – Business/Transaction Manager
Location – Brighton
Salary – £24,000 + uncapped OTE.
I am recruiting for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Brighton area who are looking for an experienced Business/Transaction Manager to join their hugely successful dealership.
The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Business/Transaction Manager and proven customer service experience skills.
Business/Transaction Manager job duties include:
1. To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
2. To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
3. To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability
4. To oversee the enquiry management process
5. To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
6. To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
7. To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals
