Who You Are We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join the Families First Children’s Service for a temporary period of up to 3 months. You are committed to safeguarding children and a skilled professional dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. What the Job Involves As a Team Manager, you will support the implementation of the new front door of the Families First Children’s Service. You will work closely with partners and social work practitioners to collect essential information and make informed decisions for providing timely support to children and families. You will manage a team providing a 24-hour response to concerns, offer an on-call service on a rota basis, and ensure a triaged response is given to non-emergency contacts.
