The opportunity
We're on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and smashing targets. You'll lead proactive and reactive sales initiatives, nurture key accounts, and develop winning strategies to grow our market share - all while showcasing the energy and elegance of Sandman Signature Newcastle.
What you'll do
* Drive results: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
* Grow our reach: Source and secure new business through networking, prospecting, and industry events.

* Represent our brand: Be the face of Sandman Signature at trade shows, client events, and networking functions.
What we're looking for
* A proven sales star with experience in hospitality or a similar high-performance industry.
* Confident, persuasive, and passionate about creating lasting connections.
* Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Results-focused, ambitious, and ready to make an impact in Newcastle's competitive hospitality scene.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
