Internal Sales Executive - Enfield EN3 4LQ
Working Hours:
* 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
* Occasional flexibility required to work outside regular hours.
Salary:
* £32k-£35k +
We Staff have partnered a prominent name in the metal industry who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their dynamic team as an Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the sales operations, contributing to our client’s continued success in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Management: Handle sales inquiries and orders efficiently through telephone and email communication channels.
* Quotation and Order Processing: Prepare accurate sales quotations and ensure smooth processing of sales orders.
* Account Management: Effectively manage designated customer accounts, providing excellent service and building strong relationships.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers, thereby increasing sales and market share. Explore additional avenues within existing customer accounts.
* Proactive Communication: Initiate proactive calls and emails, including follow-ups on quotations and engaging with both cold and warm prospects.
* Administrative Duties: Undertake minor administrative tasks, such as emailing certificates, proof of delivery, advice, notes, and invoices.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in the metals industry is preferred but not mandatory. However, a background in sales from other sectors is crucial, coupled with a strong desire to achieve and succeed.
