Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the delivery of an effective and consistent recruitment service to hiring managers, providing a highly engaging experience for candidates.
Driving a direct sourcing model, you will utilise various platforms to source candidates for live vacancies and engage with talent for future opportunities. You will take the initiative to learn about the business and its different departments, building strong relationships with hiring managers and proactively understanding the team's future resource needs to provide timely support.
As a brand ambassador, you will also help candidates understand what Clarks can offer as an employer, while providing a seamless candidate experience that is professional and authentic.
Qualifications
* A skilled recruitment professional with experience in an in‑house environment.
* Familiar with matrix organisations and ability to partner with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent experience for hiring managers.
* Expertise in utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and devising creative, cost‑effective solutions to attract top candidates.
* Experience hiring for a variety of corporate roles at different levels. Experience in retail and in Europe is highly desirable.
* Experience designing and managing volume recruitment campaigns and working on projects such as ATS rollouts and recruitment training.
* Strong people skills, a passion for excellent service, confidence and clarity in communication, and the ability to support internal customers and achieve great results.
Requirements
This role is based at the head office in Street, Somerset (40 High Street, Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ). The expectation is to work from the office 4 days a week with 1 day of home working.
