Salary: £23,400 - £29,016 DOE and qualification
Contract: Full-time, Permanent. 36 hours per week over 4 days (Monday to Friday), with 1 rolling day off per week, providing a long weekend (Friday & Monday off) every 4/5 weeks.

We are currently recruiting experienced and dynamic Early Years Practitioners to join our beautiful nursery in the heart of Bath.
We seek practitioners with passion, enthusiasm, and professional skills to work within a team delivering a play-based curriculum that supports each child's learning and development.
The successful candidate(s) will help shape and lead the high-quality childcare and education we provide for the families attending our nurseries.
The responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:
1. Act as a key person for a group of children, responsible for their safety, emotional well-being, and development.
2. Work with children under the age of 2 years old.
3. Build relationships with children's parents/guardians/carers and others important in the child's life.
4. Collaborate with the senior team and regional SENDCO to improve childcare and education quality.
5. Support good practice regarding the inclusion of children with additional needs and/or disabilities.
6. Adhere to the nursery's child protection policies and procedures to ensure children's full potential is achieved.
7. Conduct effective child protection and safeguarding, maintaining awareness of concerns and addressing them appropriately.
8. Understand and follow Child Protection Procedures continually.
9. Support children in developing positive attitudes towards food and healthy lifestyles.
10. Include children proactively during mealtimes to promote social and emotional development.
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Possess Level 2, 3, or higher qualifications (as defined by DFE).
* Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable.
* Experience working with children under 2 years old is desirable.
* Have a passionate enthusiasm for Early Years and motivation for professional development.
