Vision For Education offers this bespoke opportunity to support passionate individuals entering the education sector. We provide high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience through collaborations with our client schools. After a successful interview and checks, we will work to secure a paid placement in a school to develop your skills.
About The School
Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program provided by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a Learning Support Assistant - SEND.
Learning Support Assistants play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Effective assistants communicate well and are passionate about supporting children’s needs, building relationships with staff, children, and families.
The role varies by school. You may support class teaching, run small group interventions, or work 1:1 with children to meet their needs and help them thrive.
Requirements
* Have a passion for supporting and helping children.
* Be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children.
* Be committed to completing training and ongoing CPD.
* Willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding and will conduct thorough checks and require an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.

Salary
£13.68 per day, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
Minimum Experience/Qualifications
* Desire to work in education.
* Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
