We will lead modernisation efforts, address technical debt, and promote sustainable engineering practices. We will establish technical standards, strategies, and roadmaps for applications, data, and integrations. We will support our data analytics and reporting capabilities to improve decision-making. We will ensure all services adhere to security, governance, and data regulations. We will drive continuous process improvements and increase engineering maturity. We will coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to meet our technology needs.
