We're working with a range of supportive primary schools across South Shields and Sunderland who are looking to recruit motivated KS2 Teachers. These schools are committed to providing high-quality education and creating engaging learning environments where pupils are encouraged to become confident, independent learners. We're looking for teachers who can motivate pupils, raise attainment and deliver inspiring lessons that prepare children for the next stage of their education. What you'll be doing • Planning and delivering high-quality Key Stage 2 lessons • Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve their potential • Creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment • Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff • Building positive relationships with pupils and families What we're looking for • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent • Experience teaching within a primary school setting • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Strong behaviour management and classroom practice • Flexibility and willingness to travel to schools across South Shields and Sunderland • Driving is beneficial but not essential • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What you can expect from Protocol • Weekly PAYE pay • Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares • Free CPD and online training opportunities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
