As part of our clients growing National Security team, you'll guide one or more scrum teams made up of developers, architects, testers and business analysts. As a Scrum master you will be able to motivate teams and help them work together to deliver value quickly.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Facilitate the scrum meetings - Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning
* Building / Maintaining relationships - To be effective at removing blockers, relationships must be built and maintained with other delivery teams, product and other client teams across the organisation.
* Attend the bi-weekly Scrum Master catch up sessions
* Maintain the active Jira board and backlog items ensuring all attributes are correctly assigned.
* Sprint / PI Reporting - Ensure reporting on activities is completed and accurate every sprint and every PI.
* Work with the Agile Coach to ensure that agile methodology is implemented and complied with.
Experience required:

* Agile Framework
* Leading engineering teams
* Software / Product background
* National Security sector experience
Clearance required
Due to the nature of the clients' work, you are required to hold an eDV level security clearance.
