<div><h3>Debt Adviser</h3><p>£24,500 per annum (training salary – pay rise on successful completion of probation). Permanent position, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Based at our Beeston Office.</p><p>Citizens Advice Nottinghamshire Central & South are looking for debt advisers to join a new project providing telephone advice to clients. You will work with a dedicated team to give guidance and a way forward to those most in need. Full training will be provided.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>• Provide debt advice and support to clients via telephone.</p><p>• Work effectively with team members, contributing to a collaborative environment.</p><p>• Follow agreed procedures and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.</p><h3>Qualifications & Skills</h3><ul><li>High level of commitment to training and good understanding/experience of advice-related processes.</li><li>Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work autonomously.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills with a range of people and organisations.</li><li>Ability to work sensitively, enabling and non‑judgementally with diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Willingness to follow agreed procedures and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul><p>Registered Charity No. 1077828.
