About the Role You will split your time between assisting the Reception class teacher and providing targeted support in the SEND room, helping pupils access the curriculum, grow in confidence, and make strong progress. Your day-to-day will include: Supporting whole class activities in Reception, encouraging participation, exploration, and early learning development. Working in the SEND room with small groups and individuals who require additional curriculum support, communication strategies, or differentiated activities.
