As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver high-quality expertise, collaborate with various stakeholders, and have opportunities to mentor colleagues while advancing your career.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing project delivery with high standards of commercial competency, accountability, and quality.
2. Working closely across disciplines for successful project delivery within budget.
3. Promoting business development and cross-selling services.
4. Developing teamwork and mentoring colleagues.
5. Providing technical advice and broadening your knowledge.
Qualifications and experience:
* Proven track record managing projects in highways, rail, energy, and utilities sectors.
* Membership or progress towards Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or similar.
* Experience with Construction Contracts like NEC, FIDIC.
* Knowledge of Prism or similar reporting systems.
* Understanding of industry standards and best practices.
* Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
