Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Motor Insurance Complaints Handler located in Sittingbourne. The Motor Insurance Complaints Handler will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints related to motor insurance. This includes investigating complaints, providing timely and accurate responses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions. The role requires effective communication with customers and other departments to ensure a smooth complaints resolution process.
Qualifications
* Experience in Complaint Management and Complaint Investigations
* Strong Analytical Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
* Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using complaint management software and tools
