We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager who shares our passion for great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Pub Manager in the day-to-day operation of the pub, ensuring smooth running and a consistent guest experience.
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.
* Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring each experience is memorable.
* Help with training, development, and coaching of staff to maintain high standards.
* Take ownership of stock control, ordering, and ensuring financial targets are met.
* Work with the management team to maintain and improve operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive guest experience.
* A passion for food and drink, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
* A flexible approach, with the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
